    Last two months

So, we have two more months to pay and will have paid our 60 months on our Chapter 13. I’ve read it isn’t advisable to pay ahead but will it be a problem to pay our Oct payment (normally paid the third Wednesday) today and the November payment (also normally paid the third Wednesday) on November 1st? I would love to have it all done before Christmas!

You really need to speak to your attorney before you prepay upcoming payments in a Chapter 13.I don't think it will be an issue since you are making multiple payments in advance. (For example, paying off the Chapter 13 today.) Your best course of action is to let your attorney know that is what you are doing.

Your discharge won't be issued before Christmas. The discharge process can take 60-90 days from the time the last payment is made and the Trustee marks your plan as completed. Just relax and stay on target.
