No. There are two courses; the prefiling course and then the debtor financial management pre-discharge course. In some cases, a Chapter 13 Trustee may provide free pre-discharge courses. However, for Chapter 7 debtors, they will p ay for both courses unless they are able to obtain a waiver. Whether or not you can obtain a waiver for both is driven by whether or not the (a) provider allows waivers.
