My State site is down, how can I sign up on PACER

efiling.courts.state.wy.us is down and message does not say if or when it's coming back. How do I check when things are filed in a non-judicial filing state?

Should be with your county-level court's non-criminal electronic records system. Usually, specifically, the Clerk of the Court's civil search engine. I don't know if Wyoming does things at the county level. At least in Florida, each county has a separate system for court records. In a non-judicial State the first action usually taken is the assignment of a Trustee (assigning the deed to the Trustee). From there, I don't know the specific process for your State, but it should start there.

Of course they have to first send you an acceleration letter so you are on notice.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

Yes. You can sign up for PACER at the US Courts website. I only suggest such if you are filing bankruptcy Pro Se.

Yes, that is the site that closed Feb 6. Our county clerk in miles away in town so I was using the site.

Speaking of accellerating, Feb 2 :

            Dear Borrower,

As you are aware, your Newtek loan is currently in default due to past due payments. Despite prior outreach and attempts to resolve this matter, the loan remains in default.
Under the terms of your loan documents, the lender is within its rights to accelerate the balance of the note and demand immediate payment of all amounts due. The lender continues to reserve all rights and remedies assigned under the note and related loan documents.
It is imperative that you contact me immediately to arrange payment and cure this default. Failure to do so may result in further enforcement actions by the lender.
If a recent payment has been made or you have notified Newtek of a recent bankruptcy filing, please disregard this notice.

Please reply directly to this email without delay to discuss resolution of this matter.
