I have a bunch of debt from 2-3 years ago that got charged off I never ended up filing I was just broke and didn’t have the money to do it. I have several judgements against me. I opened up 4-5 different cards past 4-6 months and now I am falling behind on those. I am doing my best to pay down the new debt. I worry if my case will be accepted and I feel embarrassed even filing.

Don't worry about the case being accepted; it will. In bankruptcy it's pretty simple; all things are discharged that arose prior to filing. If a creditor wants to complain, they can spend a lot of money and file suit within the bankruptcy to still get paid. That rarely happens. Just be aware that the bankruptcy will not solve any issues related to budgeting. If you plan to file you may want to start obtaining consultations and stop using cards.
