    Standing in the court

I am trying to reinstate a dismissal for fraud in a involuntary chapter 11. Who has standing in the court? Would any creditor? Thank you.

PVpalm, the vast majority of our posters and experts here know about consumer Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, not Ch 11 business bankruptcy. Perhaps a few of our filers who may have experienced business bankruptcy along with their personal bankruptcy might have some insights for you.

If you don't get replies, then consider posting your question on one of the business bankruptcy forums like http://www.laborlawtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=120 or http://forum.freeadvice.com/forumdisplay.php?f=83

Good luck - hope you find the answer to your questions.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
