Hmmm.. If you agree to the deal, that sets you back $3200. Add the repair $2000, and the $1000 exemption you wouldn't be getting. The 4 Runner is going to cost you $6200, in total. So, do you REALLY want to pay $6200 for it?
And Carmax estimate is $5000. Well... there you go...
It seems rather obvious that, taking the $3200 offer to settle, is a lousy deal. So, deal or no deal? NO DEAL!
