Well,
I'm approaching the "one year mark" since discharge. I'm getting the jitters. I have heard that a Trustee can reopen a case for up to one year. My case discharged in May and closed in November which seems odd to me.
It's been peaceful, my lawyer says it's over, my life is going pretty well, trying to clear credit issues and such. Just wondering as Erma Bombeck used to say "if the other shoe is gonna drop". Nothing to hide, nothing hidden, just wondering if they really do reopen cases?
Also, my case is closed but still not showing in the NARA database.
