    Todd, HHM question

    Well,
I'm approaching the "one year mark" since discharge. I'm getting the jitters. I have heard that a Trustee can reopen a case for up to one year. My case discharged in May and closed in November which seems odd to me.

It's been peaceful, my lawyer says it's over, my life is going pretty well, trying to clear credit issues and such. Just wondering as Erma Bombeck used to say "if the other shoe is gonna drop". Nothing to hide, nothing hidden, just wondering if they really do reopen cases?

Also, my case is closed but still not showing in the NARA database.

    Hey guys,
I just joined Pacer, keeeeeewl!!!!!!!! The reason for the llate closing was that the trustee allowed for an objection period "No Distribution". So basically, the case is utterly terminated.

Just wondered why your discharge is October 2005? This is only May.

              Minny here!
Yep, some days can't type, lol....
              Discharge was in Oct 2004.
Still waiting on house/land issue of buying it all back. Still in my home - bank has not foreclosed on land yet, and Trustee still holds title to MH.
Negoiations are hot and heavy over the issues.

Hope that is resolved soon also and the monkey is off my back...

Otherwise, I'm hanging in there real "good" these days!

              Waiting on October 2005.......................

Have a good day everyone, just keep hanging in there till its all over......
