I used this company for the pre-discharge class, it was only $17.50. I see they don't offer pre-filing.

I used CCCS for the pre-filing class, that was $50. I didn't know at the time of a cheaper class, but since then I've heard others mention some on here. Maybe someone else will chime in, as I've forgotten them.

I believe you can choose who you want.

Just make sure the one that you use is approved for use in your state. Someone posted a list that showed the approved agencies for each state the other day, but I can't seem to find the thread it was in. Almost everyone I have found is $50 but there was one that was an odd amount like $37 or something.

I used Hummingbird. They have counseling for both pre-filing and pre-discharge (make sure it's approved for your state) and if you tell them you can't afford the fee, they just waive it. Very easy.

I couldn't afford it. It was about 60/couple for prefiling, 17 per person for pre-discharge.

I also used hummingbird, im in FL, the 1st one was 50something$, the second one 19$, pretty boring, seemed like stuff we already know, i dont remember how long the first one took, the second one was about an hour and a half. i did them both online.
