    Convert to 7, still Foreclosure?

Mortgage company filed motion to lift stay, which they got it lifted on 9/26. My husband and I are going to convert from chapter 13 to 7. Will the foreclosure go through and be listed on our credit report since we are converting? If a lender pulls our report will it show bk and foreclosure or just bk?

    Thx for any feedback..

Since your home was listed as a part of your Ch 13, when you convert to Ch 7, your credit report should show your mortgage as IIB or included in bankruptcy.
