Thanks so much everyone, for all you advice and good wishes. Couldn't have done it without you. I had my 341 this morning. I was so nervous! I left my house at 7am for the 45 min drive for my 9am scheduled hearing.
I swear, I'm changing my name to Murphy! Accident on the highway. I detoured but still got there at 9:15. Luckily half the people were late so it was not a big deal. No need to tell you I had myself worked into a fit. I was the only one there that didn't have a lawyer. The trustee was really nice. It seemed like everyone that went before me owned a lot of property so I think he was glad just to have a "simple" case. (I'm a renter and my vehicle was repossessed several months ago)
Anyway, I'm here celebrating step number two and joining the 60 day club.
