    Medical debt

    I'm gathering my information to complete the paperwork to file CH7. I have quite a few medical bills that I will be including, however, I know I have not received all the bills from this last round of treatment. How do I go about getting these bills? I don't know who did the reading of my MRI's to even know where to start or who to contact. Anybody have any ideas?

    Contact where you had your MRI's done and see who reads them for this agency..... your doctor may be able to tell you the info you need. Then include this firm in your bankruptcy....

      Minny is right. You only need to know who the owner of the debt will be, not the exact amount of the final bill.

      07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections
      10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections
      01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
      09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
      06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
      08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
      10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
      Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go
