CatchMe, forgive me for being all contrary, but I find your honesty to be refreshing and inspiring, and have been since I came to this board. Here I was sweating over every tiny little thing and you were just all out there and doing what you needed to do, in spite of the fact that by your own admission you were the author of your own problems. Well, we all are, when it comes right down to it, and if you could face your big demons well then maybe I could face my little ones. While you may want to qualify the whole 13 to 7 thing, don't stop telling your story, because I really, REALLY needed to hear it, and there you were. You helped me change my life. Thank you.

Sorry don't mean to offend anyone, I don't think I'm misleading anyone unless I'm lying about the whole thing. If you feel it is misleading than THAN THAT IS YOUR PERCEPTION.

Notice my last sentence:

I couldn't tell you what will happen when you file, but it sounds like you've been keeping up the payments.
Doing just that could be the saving grace. Its not like you racked it all and just stopped paying them. Anyways GOOD LUCK when you do decide to file. And like they say on the forum, the longer you can distance yourself from using the cards and actual filing your chances increase of a succesful BK.

Anyways, best of luck to you all, its sounds like creditors are becoming more aggressive filing objections etc.
