I found my Lawyer where I wasn't looking! It's like he fell out of the clear blue sky and I LOVE him! Officially retained today!


I am sooooooo relieved. No Legal Helpers for me and while I seriously considered going pro se, the stress of it along with my fulltime job and eBay business was just going to be too much.

I believe I may even plug the phone back in tomorrow and let the games begin!

Thanks Rilbrianne & Cindy ! I didn't turn on the phone today....baby steps. However, it did feel really odd to tell the Citifinancial lady that tracked me down at work today to call my lawyer....MY WHAT?

Hi there,

I am seriously thinking about going ch7(in Oregon) but I have sooooo many questions like what's a 341? What if I have unregistered(w/the SEC) stock in a privately held company with no par value, do I need to report it?

I haven't spoken w/a lawyer yet cause I can't even afford the 1st visit.

I need help I'm drowning in debt and running out of air quick any advise would be greatly appreciated

Greengate, in addition to the free bk attorney consults, you would do well to get and study the Nolo Press book on Chapter 7, which has helped many people here to understand Ch7 and even file pro se if they felt up to it:
