On the creditor matrix - do we use the same address for creditors as where we would send payments?

Look on the bill itself from the creditor. Somewhere it should list another address for correspondence or otherwise besides where to send your bill. That is the address you use. You can also look them up online and check out their contact listings to see where they request certain correspondence to be sent to. Some list bankruptcy addresses for correspondence. Sending it to the address at which you send payments may delay receipt of the filing notice from the trustee into the proper department.Originally posted by danaf View PostOn the creditor matrix - do we use the same address for creditors as where we would send payments?_________________________________________

Not a stupid question at all!!!
Flamingo's right, use the correspondence address. If you have received dunning letters, use that address as well (additional notification). If you have spoken to them on the phone and they have given you yet another address for a total of three, use them all.
Are you doing your own matrix, or assembling it for an attorney?Nolo Press book on filing Chapter 7, there are others too. (I have no affiliation with Nolo Press; just a happy customer.) Best wishes to you!
