Did I make a mistake

I filled BK on Thursday. In anticipation of filling, I cashed in as much credit card points as I could. One CC American express gives cash back and sends a check every year so i could not collect my cash back. Yesterday Friday a day after filling I received a check with my statement from Amex for 340 dollars. I took the check to Costco and cashed it and used the money for food, etc at Costco. Can I get in trouble for cashing the cash back check the day after I filled for BK? Is this considered Fraud?

No that isn't fraud. Fraud would be maxing your credit cards when you knew you were going to file.
