Question What is this on Pacer?

Under History/Documents it says on "Filed & Entered 5/6/08 Then a little silver ball then says Hearing off"?? anyone know what that means?

Did you need to have some sort of hearing prior to your 341 with a creditor? I guess more information would be needed but that is all I can think of.

Is there a way to check and see if the attorneys I have seen have cases that he has been involved in.

Icaughtup, I honestly have never heard of that one before, but you can easily call the bankruptcy clerk or your case manager to find out.

Thanks for the advice, I did that and it seem it was about my attorney filing my credit counseling certificate late and evidently another hearing is required if that is not filed in a timely manner. The hearing that was being referred to was that one. Thanks again..
