Considering filing seperatly Q's....am I right?

So I've been researching this a little. Can anyone tell me if I'm correct in my thinking?

From what I've read, if DH is only an authorized user, he will not be held responsible for any debt. But if he and I are JOINT users, then he would be.

But is that only for a C7? I thought I saw somewhere that if it's a C13, then you're still paying back so it's not a problem.

    Anyone?

    Thanks in advance guys!

Not sure I fully understand your question. An AU has no liability. Does not matter what chapter you file unless, your 13 is a joint filing so technically, the non liable spouse would be paying .

The only glitch would be in a community property state, which Ohio is not.....

But if it were both spouses would be equally responsible.
