    Thanks for the info!

So I am guessing to avoid getting slammed by fees you should only type in the attorneys name and then what? I mean if I open a case file of his and its 60 pages long do I get charged for all 60? I am trying to do what you did and do research on a guy to see how his cases went.

There is NOT a review of attorney's BECAUSE its too easy to get sued for slandering an attorney.

The best way is to "feel out" your attorney by his actions and by word of mouth.....

A good sign of a good attorney is good communication with him.... If he answers all your questions, doesn't change the subject, or put you off when you ask questions.

As others have said you can check with the Attorney Generals office on any complaints that might have been filed against him.

Also Pacer will list all his cases and you can note how many were forced into Chapter 13's.....

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
