I have a judgement in civil court for around $3500. Can I claim this in my bankruptcy as well. Ive looked all over the sites for Arizona and cant find like a list of things I can include. Please help!!

So long as the judgment is not for unpaid child support or alimony then yes it would be cleared if I'm thinking correctly.May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer

September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed. -
