    Marraige with a Chapter 13

I'll try not to start any more threads until after I talk with my lawyer but I'm stuck on something.

If I'm unable to file for Ch7 and placed in a 13, I'm required to hand over my tax returns each year to show that I haven't had a change of income of +/- 10%. However, what happens if my gf and I get married? She is in IT also as a consultant and makes about twice as much as I do. That would change the house hold income by 10% for sure.

Would we have to wait 5 years to get married?!?

    Thanks

If you file a Chapter 13 and marry during your Plan, your wife's income will have to be reported to your attorney and trustee as it would be part of your household income.
