How do the courts look at 2nd jobs?

How do the courts look at 2nd jobs?

Do the consider that income in their formula if you were only working two jobs trying to "keep/catch" up? Does it count in the 6 month look back.

Yes,

I too had gotten a second job trying to dig out of our mess. This was way before I decided to file. My attorney advised me to quit immediatly and put some time between. With not paying the cards, it worked well.

They look at them just as they do your first job...

As additional income.
