No surprize here... The only good news with this is that maybe the Trustees will be easier to deal with since they are so overloaded..or maybe it'll take longer for cases to get closed..who knows..But its sure sad there are so many of us in this boat...
Scarey to think how bad this could get..
An article last week stated bankruptcies have approached or reached 1 million for this year. That is the higest yet since the rush in filings that took place shortly before the new law passed in October 2005. The picture is bleak right now and scarey for anyone unless you know you have a guaranteed source of income that will not stop. Also, with all the debt being dumped, it will have long term repercussions for all of us no matter what our financial situation is. Someone has to pay for it all...
