    Credit Score

    Somebody on bkforums posted a link [website name edited out by moderator] which pulls your Transunion score for free.

    When I checked it a week or 2 ago, right after I was filed, my score was 519.

    Today I checked again just out of curiousity, and it updated. My score today is 601

    I thought my credit score wouldnt go up until after I was discharged but apparently I was wrong!

    Retained bk7 laywer 8-12-08, Filed 12-22, 341 Meeting Scheduled 1-29-09
         Discharged 4-17-09!!!

    Sometimes when your financial situation is very bad before filing, your credit scores can actually improve after filing. Just goes to show you that a credit score isn't the most accurate thing in the world
