I would transfer it immediately to an overseas bank account except for money I would need to buy an airline ticket and a few thousand in spending money.

1. Pay off my $22k in student loans, since I'm still stuck with those.
2. Buy a reasonable house -- nothing too fancy. I'm not picky, after spending my entire adult life in apartments. Something less than $250k will do me just fine.
3. Give to a couple of family members that could really use some help.
4. Save the remainder in an interest-bearing account.

Most importantly, I would keep working, and so would my fiancee.
