    Chapter 128: Wis.'s Bankruptcy Alternative



    I've done some "googling" on this and it's different I'll say that.
    It may well be something to consider if you have payday loans or modest cc debt that got ratejacked to 30%.
    Essentially, you get an automatic stay and a 36 month repayment plan at zero interest. {Plus the fee} The repayment is at 100% and you can pick and choose creditors.

    If it's Ok Flamingo, I'd like to link the site where I poached this from. If it's against the TOS then I apologize and go ahead and delete.

      Wish Michigan had this!

      I assume it doesn't apply to debts that are paid back at less than 100%, though; also, it probably doesn't apply to debts that are not dischargable in a BK.
