    So how do I know?

I still do not know how to figure out if I am a 7 or a 13.

My attorney thinks that I am a 7.

The TT now has me as an asset case and I read in the Sacramento court docket that the TT may intervene or take over my case.

That gives me my indication of her thoughts but no motion yet.

I undesrtand that I am now in the 60 day club as the last day for objections was June 11th, is that correct?

Frankly, I was never out to avoid my debts but this idiot put me in my predicament.

If they collect from him and pay creditors then so be it.

How do I know if I am a 7 or a 13 though, does it show on Pacer?

If I am a 13 I'll try to strip my 2nd thus I have not paid for two months.

If I am a 7 I'll catch up next month.

    Thanks.
Very fortunate in the grand scheme of things but have learned my lesson.

    Filed 12/15/08, 341 1/12/09, Cont to 2/12/09, cont to 3/12/09, cont to 4/15/09, cont to 5/11/09, cont to 6/02/09. Discharged 9/16/09, Closed 10/23/09

If they never made a Motion to Dimiss or, in teh alternate, Convert to Chapter 13... then you are still a Chapter 7.

Interesting though... your discharge actually comes at 60 days after the first scheduled 341 Meeting of the Creditors. Looks like your first 341 Meeting was 1/12/2009. You should have been discharge on or about 4/11/2009.

Where in the world did the reset the "last day for objections" to 6/11/09? If you made it to 6/11/09 without objections, then I'd say you're home free.

    So, now I'm confused too!
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

We had such a complicated case that we allowed one concession to the TT alone for objections so it was a calculated grant. We were confident that we had defenses but we did not want to be adversarial.

      Have not seen any objections.

Would the decision show up Pacer?
