Cosigner filed bankruptcy withdrew money

I own a company in the Philippines and have 5 of my family members as cosigners. They've filed bankruptcy awhile ago and withdrew money into accounts of their children 250k in total. They've paid my staff to cover this up and act as if my business is still running. Personal friends including the government have informed me my business have been closed, government has documentation of all the money that has been withdrawn. Can I take this to court and get my money back, I myself am struggling and I'm suppose to put my daughter through med school next year.
