    I too emailed them, they told me to write them also. I sent off a letter on jan 22, 2006.....I'm waiting to see what they say. Hope it's good news!

          I'm right there with you! I just looked up my trustee, to see how many other cases he had around the same date as mine, and it listed a long list of cases and said that it just cost me $78!! How can that be? I didn't look at any cases, just queried about my trustee!!

          I'm writing them too! I just had them pull a $98 payment from me yesterday!!!

            you probably did it a few times. there is a max on the amount each search costs. thats kind of nice. but it all can add up fast.
