Overdrawn checking on fiing day...Arghhh!! Will this hurt me at 341?

I am sorry for cross posting because I saw a post on this the other day...BUT

Friday I paid he home saver advance note that we have had on our house for nearly 2 years. The pmts are $30 a month. I noticed we hadn't paid since April so I wanted to catch it up before filing. I delivery confirmed a check there. They said no one would get it, so I called and paid by phone.

Someone did get that check and now my account is overdrawn $165. I am trying to get these people to give me my money back...all day long with phone calls.

My question is, what will the trustee say to this? I have been flipping out since I checked my bank this morning.

Calm down about what the trustee will say....you have just provided a logical, plausible explanation here. If questioned, do likewise. Trustees are not your friends, but they are people too...well, most of them are people too...lol

Mine was overdrawn by $225 on the day of filing because I withdrew all my money to pay my lawyer. The trustee didn't even bring it up, and if he did, I would have told him the truth. Stop sweatin' Tyson! Tobee is right. What ARE we going to do with you? The answer to your next freak out session, which I'm sure is soon, is "Stop worrying"! LOL!

Sorry, I don't know the answer to that one. I would say yes. I'm not much help because my attorney did everything for me and it's been smooth sailing so far.

I'm including an overdrawn account. It's overdrawn by a lot b/c I had some auto pays that keep trying to collect every 5 days. So it's over drawn by $1200 now but $700 or overdraft fees.

My attorney said don't worry about it just get a new checking account.

I have tried to stop the auto pays. I have paid them with my new account b/c they keep sending it back to the old one. I've called the old bank and told them to stop and close the account but since it's overdrawn they won't close it. Urgh!

yes, that's like a catch 22 situation!!

i never had auto payments...but i had internet payments i personally entered. when i stopped paying they attempted to go into my banking account and say that i signed up for auto pay!!!

i had to go and argue with the bank since the banks said...well you have paid them before via AUTO pay...i said NOOOO it was an on line interent payment...NOT AUTO....payments...i told the bank to have the company PROVE i sign anything or authorized any auto payments....the company claimed i did by phone..on a recording...i told my bank...get the recording because they are liars and i am NOT paying them anymore and they just went into my account and stoled my money.

my bank asked them for proof...they had none i got my money back!! wow
