    Doing it again...

    Hello my good people...

    As my title says Im doing this again.. I filled last year and unfortunately had surgery and was unable to attend my 341 meeting, so of course my case was DISMISSED... So as of 11/8/10, Ill be at it again. At least I'm not as blind as I was the first time...
    Here goes nothing..

        Wishing you the best. Just out of curiosity, why weren't you excused for that. This is a legit excuse.

          wn...they don't excuse anyone for any reason!!

          but sometimes it works out for the best because you have put more time between your creditors and your filing time...so one can look at it, as sorta a blessing in disguise.

            Thank You all for ur well wishes. As, tobee said.. they don't care.. I wrote them several times with a letter form my surgeon, an got now here.

            But, Im back with more knowledge and better then ever...
            Here goes nothing..
