the things is... you only need one attorney to file bankruptcy.. and pay him/her only. the day it is filed immediately stops ALL garnishments or pending suits in its tracks...

THanks so much for asking - it isn't small claims - so when I go at the end of the month, I have to ask for a trial because I disasgree with what I owe etc WHICH I DO - so it'll be another month thereafter....at least....
