Thanks Guys! I retained on my attorney on Wednesday, and completed the pre file course last night. I was surprised today when I got a email from his assistant to go monday to sign my petition on monday to get it filed on Tuesday .. I'm so nervous... Any tips while I wait for my 341 to come.. Actually the 60 days went quite quickly for us (we were discharged and closed on day 62...3/21/12)...we were busy planning out and putting into action our new budget on a spreadsheet. Its very exciting to have options now and to get into the cash only mindset. I cannot tell you how good it feels not to owe anyone right now and our goal is to keep it that way. Good Luck!Comment
