Cost to amend

Courthouse site says its $30 to amend. I had to update my Monthly Income, which meant i needed to amend 1-2 lines on 5 schedules.

Am i going to have to pay $150 to change one figure, on 5 schedules? Or is it simply a $30 amendment fee?

It only costs to amend Schedules D, E, and F or to add creditors to the mailing matrix. There should be no charge to file an Amendment to Schedule I for your income.

Great news thank you! One other question if you don't mind. Do i need to mail a copy of the amendment to my Trustee or will he see it by the 341 if i just mail to courthouse (341 is 28 days away)

Always mail a copy to your Trustee for anything you file after the initial filing. Such is a courtesy that will be greatly appreciated.
