That's just it! We have not much in the way of a clue what to expect.Originally posted by DisneyGirlWent through that a couple months ago myself. I hope yours end up being lower than you expect!!!
We had to pay the elec co a sec deposit. 2 months, average, in advance. That was $225. So I'm thinking maybe $125-$150 there??!!
Gas,......... No clue. Shouldn't be much now as it's summer and the only thing that's gas is the hot water heater. But if I remember correctly, the gas company would have required a $300 security deposit, which we dodged having to pay. We passed that Credit Check. How??!! I'll never know. That was also 2 months. But most of that time was before the prices went up so.
Water and sewer, I am totally clueless. We asked our next door neighbors, that share our building, but they are college kids. They split the bills and the one that pays the water wasn't there. They aren't home a lot anyway. So I'd expect that their bills might not be as high as ours are gonna be.
The waiting is killing me. You'd think after a month and a half we'd be seeing some bills!!Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
