    22 years old.

I'm from Canada so things are a little different here but was wondering if I should go bankrupt or not.

2005, I had a FISCO score of 780. I was involved in a work related accident and haven't been able to pay my bills.
    I owe:

    $3500 Visa
    $1400 Dell
    $10,158 Car Payment
    $4000 Student Loan
    $500 Cell phone bill

I only receive $600 every month untill Compensation decides to send me back to school.

My rent is $220 plus I need to buy my own food.

Oh and my other question is this. I bought a car with a high interest loan and switched banks and did a consolidation loan. I haven't paid for my car since Jan 2006. They send me a letter saying accout closed.

Will they reprosesse my car or can they not touch it??

I'm not familiar with Canadian BK laws...but again that's not much debt. Have you considered selling the car?
