    Yes - as a priority (Schedule E) claim. You indicate payments are current and make sure the payment is listed as an expense either on Schedule I as a payroll deduction (if that is how it is paid) or on Schedule J.

    In a chapter 7 filing, if I am not behind on my child support payments, do I have to include it as a DSO in my schedule E/F ?
