    Interesting Reading...

I was studying some more cases (yes, I need to stop). I came across this...

    In re Hartwick, 352 B.R. 867 (Bankr. D.Minn. 2006)
I love this Judge! He was basically talking about a Trustee who thought it wasn't fair that a debtor could use, in the means test, future payments on collateral that they intended to surrender!

    Love it!
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

I kind of deviously like it when the TT gets slammed.

(Bet the TT was in a pissy mood that day )

Since the Tee was obviously mad because is wasn't "fair"... I can imagine the Tee throwing a tantrum yelling...

          It's just not fair!

Yes, sometimes there are some great Judges who actually read the law for what it says... not try to do all that guessing stuff.
