So do I really have to itemize all personal property on the schedule b...or can I just say Misc Electronics , Misc Furniture and add them all together?

Yes... I did something similar... Miscellaneous Electronics, Miscellaneous Clothing, etc. The only thing I itemized outside those were high-value things, like the plasma TV that I have.
