We recently began receiving food stamps, I m assuming I need to add this to my schedule I? Also, my Dad (who doesn't know about the bk) recently gave us a 95 minivan the title is in his and my husbands name, so I know I need to add this too...do I just fill out another schedule I and property list or is there a special form for ammending? My 341 is on Jan 7

What Chapter of bankruptcy did you file under?
I'm concerned because you keep using the word "recently", so I don't know what that means relative to the date you filed your petition. If these events occurred post-petition (post filing) and this is a Chapter 7, you don't need to do anything.
There are no "special" forms, you use the same forms as before and mark them as "AMENDED" when you file them.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

No, you don't need to do anything. Your "estate" was fixed at the time you filed, 11/24/2009.

They may but think of it this way. Only the property that you had at the time of filing, counts. So you would not indicate any change respective to the vehicle that your parents gave your after you filed.Originally posted by justdone View PostAwesome...thanks, will they ask if anything has changed?
Nothing has really changed. You didn't get a new job or anything. They may not even ask.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
