unsecured state taxes priority or not?
Does unsecured state income tax debt go on schedule E or F?

State income taxes are usually entitled to priority. You basically treat them like federal taxes. Luckily I live in a State that doesn't impose income tax on its residents. (They just get their money through other means, like high property taxes!)
