Exemption listing

I have a program but when I list my assets, it is not listing the exemption codes on Schedule C

Do I have to claim them by codes or it is automatically given.

Yes, you have to list the statute you are claiming each exemption under. Remember you can only use federal exemptions if your state allows it, and you cannot mix federal and state statutes. You can use one or the other.
