Help - Prep service messed up name only and I can't get them to email me back!!!

So the forms have all been filled out by a prep service and they are correct with the exception of the debtor name, they put my name without my middle name and left the wife's name out. Can I write the wife's name in or can I submit them without her name in the re section???? I have to have the paperwork in by Thursday

Just write the name in if you can't find your Prep service.
