    Discharged and question

    I received my notice of discharge in the mail a couple of weeks ago

    Then I went to my reaffirmation hearing, and today I received the notice of reaffirmation. I also received a copy of a notice to creditors for proof of claim, so that trustee can distribute assets. I am assuming that this is because of our tax refund ... as a pro se filer I don't need to do anything about this right ... I mean I have my discharge...so it's over right?

    Correct, there is nothing you need to do.

    Unless, you wanted to object to any of the proof of claims, but there would be no point in doing so.

      Justdone... you are... just done! Congratulations on your discharge, again, and you don't need to police the Claims... unless you really want to.
