    SOI form/no secured debt/trustee copy?

My statement of intention form (B8) will be filled in with 'n/a'
(no secured debt or lease, nothing to reaffirm)

Do I still mail a copy to the trustee?

This will be in central district of CA

If there is no secured items that anyone would question you on your intention to let go back to the creditor or reaffirm, you don't need to file it. Even if you do, you don't have to with your initial filing. It sounds like this form will not apply in your case.

Yes, you are not required to file it if you have no secured property. However, if you have a lease, including a residential lease, you will need to fill it out and sign it.

I don't think I know of anyone who doesn't rent and doesn't have any secured property. This would probably cause some issues and you may still end up getting a deficiency for not having filed one.

I would call my Case Manager and ask a "procedural" question.
