    Spousal support

As part of my divorce agreement, I am required to pay for my ex's car insurance payments for a set period of time. I also have to pay alimony, but by the time I file that will be finished. I just want to double check, that obligation would be listed as an unsecured, priority claim, correct? I know it cannot be discharged, I just want to be sure I list it properly. Thoughts?

If "support" type payments are current then there is no claim to list. However, since the Trustee is required to send out certain notices to a person who is the beneficiary of a DSO, the ex wife is listed on Schedule E "for info only" with $0.00 owed and the monthly "support" payment is listed on Schedule J. On Schedule J there is also a line item for any changes in expenses. Indicate when the "support" payment ends.
