    Statement of Financial Affairs

I think this is the last page I need help on.

    Sections 3 "Payment to Creditors"
Do I list all the payments to Credit cards we've made?

Assuming your debts are primarily consumer debts, you list in section a. only the creditors to whom you paid $600 or more in the 90 days before filing. You list in section c. all payments to insiders in the last year.

I suspect you are using software to complete the form. I think you'll find it helpful to look at a hard copy of the form. The instructions on the form are pretty clear on what to include. The software may not be as detailed in the entry screen. The statement of financial affairs is at http://www.uscourts.gov/uscourts/Rul...B_007_0410.pdf

All my debts are Secured (mortgage) and Credit card debt.

With the creditors of $600, Is that in total? lets say my monthly payment to a credit card is 245 a month, In three months that would be 735. Would I put that in section 3a?

The software is nice, but I've had to redo a few forms because it doesn't add info where it should be.

Edit, After some reading, it seems I need to add mortgage and CC payments there. if the payment total 600.

Yes, any creditor that you paid a total of $600 or more to belong there, regardless of the type of debt. That includes the cc in your example, assuming the last three payments were made within 90 days of your filing date. If only 2 $245 payments fall within the 90 days and the payment before that was 91 days before your filing date, don't list that cc.
