    Notice to Sell Property

Before I ask my question, just wanted to thank you everyone on this forum for helping me with my chp 7 no asset pro se filing. I filed on Monday 1/9/2012.

Later the same day 1/9/2012, I received a letter from the car company with whom I had a lease agreement that they are planning to sell the vehicle. I had no plans to keep the lease or the vehicle. In the letter, the unpaid balance $21,102.21 plus late charges $390.80 plus est repossession, collection, and storage expenses $650.00 Total Due $22,143.01.

On schedule G, I put "Lease of 2010 Toyota Prius, $203.99 monthly payment through 3/11/13. Outstanding Balance $2855."

My question is do I have to amend schedule G now that these new amounts showed up? Please advise.

No. Your Schedules are as of the filing date! Additionally, they are usually based on best known information at the time of filing. You do not need to update the schedules.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
