    timing discharge

I thought I had this all down.
had 341 meeting and then meeting was adjourned by
3 weeks just for one paper to be finished do to a computer
glitch that do not get caught on my end. 2 questions answers didn't
print. Had to go back to finish the 341 meeting it last about a 1 minute.
Does anyone think this will set the discharge back?
I checked pacer it does say awaiting discharge time in 9 days.
On another part it has the form that was sent out to myself and
the creditors that has another date on it. I ask the clerk about
it she said it should not it was with in 30 days but she did not
seem to sure in her statement. I am thinking it will set it off by the 3 weeks
go by the 2nd 341 meeting. Any thoughts?

Multiple 341 Meetings do not affect the discharge bar date. It is always 60 days from the FIRST SCHEDULED 341 Meeting. The only thing that can extend this date is the United States Trustee filing a motion to extend the deadline. Once that 60 days has elapsed, your discharge is to be issued as soon as possible (with all due haste). It could take anywhere from 1 day to several weeks to get the actual discharge. However, it is the actual passing of that 60 days to reach the discharge bar date which is the important thing! The discharge itself only confirms that there were no complaints on your discharge prior to the 60 days elapsing.
