Wells Fargo called our lawyer the next day, who left a message on our answering machine. I called the lawyer's office back yesterday (09/22). They gave me a number to call at Wells Fargo, which I then called. They came and got it about three hours later! Once they started that ball rolling, it rolled fast! I didn't realize that yesterday at lunch would be the last time I would be in that car...

Wow, I'm surprised how quick it went. Now you said your "first payment" would have been due 9/20, implying this was a brand new car? Perhaps that's why they got it so quick.Stopped paying: 08/10, Filed CH7: 08/27/10 , 341 & No Asset Report: 10/6/10, Last day to object: 12/06/10, Discharged: 12/07/10, Closed: 12/08/10
